Relevant Experience and Awards
2010 – 2015 Curator and business owner of various artist run collectives in Tasmania. I was responsible for handling and curating exhibitions and ensuring the smooth day to day running of these galleries.
2002 Recipient of Regional Arts Development Fund through the Esk Shire Council.
2000 Worked with Phantast Cultural Music & Arts Ass Inc. to produce murals on various public buildings and environments for the SUBURBAN CENTRE IMPROVEMENT PILOT.
1997 Awarded First in Colour Photography in Lowood Annual Art Exhibition
1995 Contributed to Public Art Installation in Bantry Place Park, Ferny Grove.
Artist Statement
My artwork has always been an exploration into the ways people perceive things – drawing attention to the small details – looking at things from another perspective – looking deeper and finding hidden meanings – highlighting the invisible, the essence of things beyond their physical reality.
